Objective: Discuss our approach to tasks feature and workflow

My tasks - multilevel approval approach presented by Damian
- Task based update - technical details (CORE-MIS)
- There might be a case when 2 approvals are needed i.e. Financial and People manager. We have to consider handling for such approvals. As confirmed - it’s feasbile to do this kind of approvals but it will require more time to develop. We don’t include it in the scope of MVP
- We can assign N users to provide the approval. It’ll be sufficient for now.
- IMIS figma with mock-ups
- The idea is to create tasks logic on backend for use cases that we already have and then make the customization so the Implementations will be able to configure it independently
Updates regarding workflow for data uploads
- Lightining implementation is mostly finished
- BE for fetching the workflows is done
- FE for workflow template is finished
