Import modules
In openIMIS legacy, there is the possibility to upload bulk data. This page is the discussion on how to migrate the import features into the modular architecture.
Proposals:
Use the contribution mechanism for the upload/download modules
Small modules per resource and filetype with upload and download functionality => configurable
