ADX support in DHIS2 ETL

Context:

DHIS2 ETL support push program and aggregate data but using DHIS2 API, This can be an issue because when one need to share aggregates to DHIS2 the “Category Option combination “ UID need to be known, where there is a single category it can be deducted

ADX just need the code of the categories which is much more easier to manage
