Report Migration to Modular Architecture

https://openimis.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/OP/pages/835321877 is migrating openIMIS to the new modular architecture and plans to have a fully open sourced software stack for openIMIS by October 2022 ( https://openimis.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/OP/pages/2161148040 ). A few things from the legacy version will not be included and need to be done in other engagements.

The current reports are not going to be migrated by Bluesquare.

Templates are generated with a report builder and are manual linked with the actual data. The solution is simple to develop but requires some good understanding of the business logic.
