openIMIS should be able to send more communication using different means, SMS, What's app, email to the users, insurees and Beneficiaries

Dear Anonymous,
This is a requirement page, today openIMIS is only able to send SMS and email via code, e.g. renewal campaign can generate SMS but the SMS gateway must be configured in the config files.
