ILO - Tender Nepal openMIS Business Analysis Consultant

The Social Security Fund (SSF) is responsible for the delivery of the following contributory social security schemes in the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal: Maternity leave allowance, Sick leave allowance benefit (cash benefit), Survivors/dependent benefit, Retirement (lump sum) benefit, old age pensions, Dead payment (funeral grant), disability cash benefits as well as medical benefits arising from accidents at work, outpatient and inpatient medical care, and critical (chronic diseases medical benefits). Since 2020, the SSF has been using openIMIS for medical claims management, review, and reporting. The system has been customized to ensure interoperability with SSF’s in-house beneficiary and payment management system (SoSYS). The SSF requested ILO’s technical support in the implementation of an expanded set of modules based on openIMIS. These TORs refer to the provision of support to the ILO for supporting the business process review and writing of Standard Operating Procedures for the new OpenIMIS solution.
