Objectives: The tender seeks to provide international technical assistance for the digitization of the Health Voucher (Chèque Santé) using openIMIS in Cameroon. The goal is to improve maternal and child health in vulnerable Cameroonian regions by digitalizing the management system of health vouchers, which support pregnant women by subsidizing healthcare costs. The digital transformation aims to enhance management processes, improve accessibility and transparency, and incorporate the health voucher program into a broader national health financing scheme. Specific outcomes include improved invoice management, the extension of health voucher coverage, and the upskilling of local health workers and IT staff.
