What went well:

• showcase went well

• test server works

• We are on track with budget

• work on the Contract module is developing

• When there were doubts related to the Contract module, they were solved quickly

What can be improved:

• Too many tickets IN REVIEW and UAT DEPLOYMENT columns

• misunderstanding with test server case

• Definion of Done is not fullfilled

• CI still not launched

• Manual test on tests server

Action Items:

• Seweryn to verify UAT DEPLOYMENT backend tickets if there is a need
  to verify by Joanna or we close them

• Joanna to verify UAT DEPLOYMENT tickets on test server

• Joanna to verify IN REVIEW tickets. Please move tickets to UAT DEPLOYMENT if PR has been merged
