What went well:

• taking conclusions after mistakes in PH module

• initial CPB documenation was more descirptive and understandable than
  PH

• frontend developement speeding up

• jira board extended with additional columns

• much faster progress of work on the CPB module than on PH

• Annual meetings have occurred

What can be improved:

• tickets hanging on "in review"

• Messy Jira Board

• Problems with test server has not been solved

• deliverable has not been finished

• lack of external module blocked further PH module development

• Kamil wasn't able to join internal standup meetings

Action Items:

• Kamil will join internal standup meetings

• Joanna - reschedule next retro meeting for 12.01.2021

• Joanna to start using Scrum and Scrum Board on Jira

• Seweryn to watch over the case with test server (every developers should have the access to that test server)
