2020-11-12 Formal Sector Backlog Refinement meeting notes

Notes:

1. Conteptual epics 0.1 and 0.2 are moving to done as they are done, tickets attached for 0.1 will be moved to another epic.

2. OFS-3 will require clarification from Siddharth is required

3. On backend the order was initially to start with Calculations, however it changed, now we start with developing policy holder at first. Then move to contribution plan.
   Order of module dependencies:
   calculations -> contribution plan -> policy holder -> contract

4. Policy holder portal will be developed last as it require extension.

5. Roadmap of releases require update

6. Add historic model from wiki to Seweryn ticket

7. Check description for backend module policy holder <- its high level and need more clarification

8. SD Internal meeting for redefining tickets.

9. We should use openIMIS workflow proposed by Dragos (available on skype group)

10. CHF Server will be used for app. If community will be interested we'll deploy on initiative release server.

11. Wiki pages were updated and need to be checked by team

12. For now we'll not move to scrum, as first proper backlog has to be created.

• create tickets for backend policy holder module

• update ticket for creating new historical models

Patrick:

• update contribution plan wiki page

• generic history models to be moved to separate wiki page

Beata:

• share mockups after finishing work on them.

• put more details on the cofluence page - OFS-30 tasks combined in scope of provided document
