What went well:

• Team is fully focused on deliverables

• BestPmApp has been fixed for Formal Sector project despite Christmas break, good organization, communication, and almost whole team was present

• Contribution Plan Bundle module developed and ready for testing

• The Jira board is better-organized

• Starting Contract module - backend

What can be improved:

• test server issues not solved yet

• Policy Holder wiki page and Jira tickets not up to date. Inconsistency
  among sources of requirements

• The Contract module documentation is still being updated

• access to test server (still not resolved)

Action Items:

• Joanna to take care of the documentations sources to improve
  consistency of requirements
