What went well:

• accelerating working on backend

• increased cooperation of frontend and backend developers

• communicating with IMIS community

• improved knowledge about existing IMIS solutions

• good team organization

• more internal technical meetings

• good cooperation on current tasks

• finished gathering requirements concerning the PH module

• started working on the CPB module

• improvements on "what can be improved" list from last retrospective

What can be improved:

• documentation update

• tests (unit tests) and bug reports

• documentation concerning the CPB module is still unclear

• be careful during working with documentation

• id vs uuid issue

• frontend not tested

• CI and CD not implemented

• Patrick has too many tickets on review status

• Lack of test environment

• Deliverables are not finalized

Action Items:

• Joanna to write an email to Patrick concerning our need of CI and the test server

• Seweryn to write Unit Tests for models, queries, mutations etc

• Rafal to check if there is a suitable framework for testing frontend

• Joanna to determine with Patrick the correct workflow of Jira tickets

• Joanna to ask about extending Kanban Board with new columns:
  Backlog, Need More Clarification, UAT Deployment (until we have CD
  implemented), In Testing
