• "client" easily reachable

• teamwork regarding frontend module development

• teamwork regarding backend module development

• improved communication

• better design/initial discussion with figma tool

• person responsible for business requirements

• installation guide for openIMIS docker and backend

What can be improved:

• requirements changing during development

• meeting notes action items not executed

• backend developed before frontend

• accelerate working on backend module so as to not block another people

Action Items:

• Joanna to schedule internal standup meetings (preferably for Tuesdays
  and Thursdays)

• Beata and Joanna to make sure that the documentation and module
  description is clear enough before taking any actions

• Joanna to create one place on Confluence where action items can be
  tracked

• Seweryn to ask Rafal what is more important before taking new ticket

• Joanna to schedule next retrospective and find the best place to store
  retrospective board
