UX/UI

Whole team

Role of Beata as UX designer: Added because much front-end is to be developed and it will be easier for Rafał to have a person to think about the end user’s perspective. Dragos shared Web Frontend Target Technology Stack .

Beata to have a meeting on UX/front-end with Patrick this week because, among others, there is not much relevant data/feedback from end users.

Dragos also shared links concerning UX/front-end: Persons & Families module scope (->insuree) () | Family/Group Overview and Persons & Families module scope (->insuree) () .

Action items

  • Patrick and Beata to have a call on UX/UI;

  • Review/planning meeting in two weeks – Kamil Madej to schedule it;

  • Patrick to invite people to daily standups.

Decisions

  • Rafał, Seweryn – full time involvement in the project; Beata and Joanna – part time;

  • Deadlines: Claim Insurance Module – end of November;

  • 2 week sprints in the project;

  • Sprint Retrospective meeting – we’ll have it in one or two weeks, we’ll also decide on how often should the daily standups be held;

  • Community meetings: Monthly review meeting – more people will come to this meeting when SolDevelo has something to show;

  • This week or beginning of the next week: Sprint planning, so we know what Rafał and Seweryn can start working on.
