Discussion topics
Time | Item | Presenter | Notes |
---|---|---|---|
1m | Self-introduction | All team members | All team members introduced themselves. |
5m | Formal Sector | Patrick Delcroix | Patrick talked about the Formal Sector subproject and presented Formal Sector Modules . Modules that SolDevelo needs to develop are mentioned in the document, they are inter alia Calculations, and Contribution plan. Requirement Traceability Matrix is a part of the document that Joanna should look into and give feedback to Patrick, if applicable. |
5m | AI | Dragos Dobre | Dragos presented openIMIS AI-based Claim Adjudication . Main object of the project: Payment for medical help. Even 6 million claims per day in Nepal. Important: Claim adjudication process in the AI project. Someone from SolDevelo needed with knowledge on FHIR to develop the FHIR module. |
10m | Work organization | Kamil Madej | Kamil talked about task organization, suggested Scrum instead of Kanban. |
10m | UX/UI | Whole team | Role of Beata as UX designer: Added because much front-end is to be developed and it will be easier for Rafał to have a person to think about the end user’s perspective. Dragos shared Web Frontend Target Technology Stack . Beata to have a meeting on UX/front-end with Patrick this week because, among others, there is not much relevant data/feedback from end users. Dragos also shared links concerning UX/front-end: Persons & Families module scope (->insuree) () | Family/Group Overview and Persons & Families module scope (->insuree) () . |
Action items
Patrick and Beata to have a call on UX/UI;

Decisions
Rafał, Seweryn – full time involvement in the project; Beata and Joanna – part time;

2 week sprints in the project;
Sprint Retrospective meeting – we’ll have it in one or two weeks, we’ll also decide on how often should the daily standups be held;
Community meetings: Monthly review meeting – more people will come to this meeting when SolDevelo has something to show;
This week or beginning of the next week: Sprint planning, so we know what Rafał and Seweryn can start working on.
