OpenIMIS is used mostly on desktop browsers, therefore it is not a priority to create a responsive design for tablets and smartphones

Patrick Delcroix can I ask you to redefine the requirements stated in https://openimis.atlassian.net/l/c/69FVpFNS as we agreed during the meeting that there is no support for Internet Explorer 11 required
