  • Healthix:

    • MIFOS & Mojaloop Proof of concept in TZ: MIFOS → Mojaloop → MIFOS

    • FHIR-API: Account creation etc already quite complete, might need a few extensions

    • 80% FHIR to Mifos mapping possible, 20% can be mapped through extensions

      • does the extensions exists in openIMIS => check openIMIS Patient profile: https://openimis.github.io/openimis_fhir_r4_ig/StructureDefinition-openimis-patient.html

    • What is the mandatory fields in Mifos?

    • Who requests account creation in Mifos? openIMIS specific module to push to Mifos or pulling from Mifos?

      • prefer to push info from openIMIS to Mifos

      • request openIMIS Insuree module extension that automatically creates the user in Mifos

        • see Claim-AI Quality module as example to push data to external system based on signals

    • Mifos is managing the insurance’s finances but not the money

    • Can the component “openIMIS Adapters” be substituted by an openHIM mediator that maps FHIR to payment specific APIs?

      • TZ needs a lot of extra attribute → need to analyse the attributes further
