Improving coordination and collaboration between diverse task teams in the openIMIS Initiative by providing orientation for community management.

Short Summary

In group work the diverse task teams of the community visualise their work packages and identify interlinkages and joint topics between them.

Description of session

Diverse partners (task teams) of the openIMIS community work on individual work packages. To better understand the interlinkages between these work packages the session facilitates the (1) visualisation of the work packages, (2) of their interlinkages + identification of joint topics - from the perspective of the community. Subsequently, insights from these visualisations are discussed, which will provide orientation for community building and management of the openIMIS Initiative.
