What do we mean per “capitation“ ? should we create a simple capitation rules like simply a lump sum per capita ? if yes, does capita means insuree or general population ?
in case of capita means general population in the catchment areas, we might want to take the opportunity to rework the database design by :
removing population data from location model but using a dedicated population table instead (cleaner and avoid flooding the real location changes into pop updates)
(recommended ) creating import from xls to make an easy update because today one must access to each and every village to update it
(nice to have) pulling data from DHIS2
