Meeting Minutes:

• MVP could also include update of new React Version

• World Bank is developing a social protection mgmt system which uses openIMIS modules.

• Where to get previous approaches on UI/UX → Screen openIMIS and ask Developers

• TPH did visibility study for on-paper enrollment(?), possibly good supporting material

• openIMIS does not have auto-fill searches cause of the load and lack of reactivity with such a large Database requested. Always need to klick on search icon

• Discussion ongoing for “save” Button. Good to go through the arguments to see opinions from different perspectives

• Also possible to join Insurance Management call on Wednesday if required

• Development should always focus cost/value cause opensource and budget sensitivity

• Policies are distributed by different channels (professionals/road-seller, …)

Decisions:

• We will focus on the Web Application. The guideline can be expanded for mobile if enough time is left.

• After the project end it is planned to present the results to openIMIS Developer Community, FHNW and openIMIS Community

• We will do a weekly call on Wednesday, 14-15 Uhr online in-person
