Mandate & Activities
The openIMIS Stakeholder Committe has an advisory role and supports the openIMIS Initiative to reach its objectives, i.e. to grow its community of practice, to build a robust yet flexible product and to increase the number of implementations of the tool for managing various types of social protection schemes.
Every year, Stakeholder Committee members come together for the Stakeholder Conference. With these meetings the openIMIS initiative facilitates the dialogue between Stakeholder Committee members and the community, with the expanded range of partners and stakeholder interested in the initiatives’ activities. Stakeholder Committee members set the agenda of the public sessions of this conference and are therefore in the position to trigger discussions and exchange that shapes the path for technical, functional and community development.
