ADX APIs available in openIMIS DHIS2 ETL module
manual triggering needed, no scheduler
manual updates of code groups (e.g. ageGroup, Product) needs to be updated on both sides
try to restore ETL environment from NHIF project to look at more sophisticated scenarios
