Developers Committee
The Developers Committee is the technical arm of the openIMIS Product Group. The main responsibilities of the Developers Committee focus on the coordination of any development activities and the maintenance of the community platforms.
The Developers Committee meets on several occasions:
Weekly Calls of the Developers Committee: These weekly calls mainly focus around issues from day to day business. According to current needs, the meetings can spin off extra calls on special topics.
Gumzo ya mwezi: monthly review meetings give each team of developers a chance to pitch their project status to the openIMIS Product Group.
Special Meetings of the Developers Committee: Topics that require more detailed discussion are spun off into special calls, in order not to overload the regular meetings.
Events: The members of the developers committee also participate in global events organized by the openIMIS committe or other organisations.
The Developers committee consists of all the developers that contribute to the further development of the openIMIS software. Find a list of past and present members in the Developers Hall of Fame.
To follow up on the development process, it’s best to start with the Product Roadmap .
