UI to support implementors to “build” solutions
- allows to select dependencies, modules and to overwrite menus, roles, etc.
- selecting a dependency will pre-select modules in a later stage => call it “solution template”
- https://openimis.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/OP/pages/1775173658 lists the authorities mapping => attention to not use same numerical value for more authorities
