Showcase feedback:
limit the bills generation so user are able to choose the benefit plans on which they want to generate a bill. - payment cycle
We should have possibility to select benefit plan (programme) or payment plan that will be included in payment cycle generation. (we have to check why the new payment plan/programme wasn’t considered in payment cycle period during showcase) - TO BE INVESTIGATED AND FIXED - payment cycle
allow to generate more than one payment cycle for a particular month - no limitation - payment cycle
the problem is the generation of bills for a future - what if data changes? - payment cycle
we need to somehow limit the option to generate the bills for future (since data of the benficary may change i.e in january you can generate the bill for the march but the data in the payroll shall refer not the state of bill generation but payroll generation - bill data may change) - payment cycle
change fix batch to fix amount - payment plan
move advanced criteria upon fixed calculation parameters to be more visible - payment plan
once user is uploading the beneficiary on benefitplan level, they need to have multiselect option to choose whether the uploaded beneficairy shall remain potenatial or we want to switch their status to active at that point. It should be also possible to 'select all' - BenefitPlan/Programme page
Remember to check the payroll process too
Prepare deep dive about explaining calculation rule - how it works, architecture, some practical examples, together with Patrick, focus on giving example to extend the core social protection calculation rule into the specific calculation for implementation (Andrea could give the example of how to calculate amount).
