Initial prioritization vs actual project state

The purpose of this page is to provide a comparison of what was initially planned on the Bonn’s workshop vs what is delivered in the scope of CORE-MIS -OpenIMIS integration project.

Beneficiary registry

It’s possible to upload the beneficiary data through a data upload process. Beneficiary data are uploaded directly to the benefit plan (program) but also kept under Individuals/Groups main pages

Data updates

We’ve created a My Task functionality which is used to approve/reject certain action in the system. Currently it’s applied for benefit plans update but the solution is generic and can be easily scalable.

Programs

Done

It refers to the Benefit Plans/Programs. It’s feasible to create and manage the Benefit Plan. Benefit plan data are then used to the other system actions.

Payment & Reconciliation

Several functionalities were created like: payment plans, payments cycle, payment points, payroll creation. Currently development team is working on providing the proof of concept for online payments (adjusting the data to Lightning which can be easily integrated with specific payment adaptor) and offline payments (integration with Mobile-App)

Won’t be a part of 1st phase of the project. Addressing this requirement should be simple since it will use the flow created for payments.
