Update Events	New events need to be inserted, past events moved to the dedicated section on the page	Monthly
Update Opportunities	New opportunities should be known, older ones should have a correct Status	Monthly
Correct links pointing to edit/drafting mode	Users might insert links pointing to a page in edit or drafting mode instead of viewing mode, those links need to be fixed Example: /wiki/pages/resumedraft.action?draftId=819003629 To find those links the addon “Link management” can be used: For each space: Space Settings \ Integrations \ Link Management \ Start scan Search for links for example containing “resumedraft” Fix every link	Biannually
Clear list of outdated content	Pages can be marked with the label `outdated` indicating that the content need to be reviewed and might need to be updated or archived.	Monthly
Fix / mark outdated content	When stumbling across a page which seems outdated or incorrect please correct the content or leave a label `outdated` at the bottom so the page will be reviewed	Immediately when seen
Clear undefined/hidden pages	An 'undefined' page is any page that has been linked to from within the Wiki, but that does not yet exist. A ‘hidden’ page is any page that exist but has no parent and has not been linked to by any other page Those “dead” links and pages need to be reviewed For each space Space Settings \ Manage pages \ Undefinied Review pages Space Settings \ Manage pages \ Hidden Review pages	Quarterly
