Minimum requirements

The minimum requirement to install and use openIMIS in a production environment are: 

  • Reference OS: Linux

  • Alternate OS: Windows Server

  • 2 core CPU

  • 8 GB RAM

  • 100 GB Hard drive

  • root access

You can acquire a virtual private server (VPS) from any hosting provider (e.g. Azure, AWS) or create your own server backbone.
