Feasibility Study for scale-up

In 2021, a request to the coordination desk was made by the RFHP for scale-up support to the openIMIS implementation for the HIV fee elimination scheme, through the openIMIS CIF. In response to the request, the openIMIS Steering Group, responsible for CIF-related decisions, decided to move forward and requested a feasibility study be conducted on the status, and avenues for improvement/scale-up with sustainability in focus. The feasibility study was finalized in the later half of 2021, which identified the strengths and weaknesses of the current implementation and recommended specific actions in response.
