The monthly chat (kiswaheli: gumzo ya mwezi) will help the developer teams to show-case their achievements to the developers committee and to interested members of the implementers committee. The gumzo is oriented at Scrum review sessions: let's celebrate the achievements of the past month!
Date: 07.10.2019
Time: 11:00 am (GMT) (Still a bit confused about daylight savings, but I suppose this is the best compromise for all)
Room: https://meet.jit.si/openIMISDevelopers - kindly indicate your name and organisation (jitsi claims to support Chrome, Chromium and Firefox browsers only. However - screen sharing caused problems on Firefox recently. You might also want to try the jitsi app)
Participants: (kindly only add yourself, not others):
Xavier Gillmann
Alicia Spengler
The call is specifically addressed to the Developers Committee and the Implementers Committee. Each session consists of 10 minutes presentation plus 5 minutes Q&A - please have your bio breaks before the event
Please prepare your presentations with an eye on:
what did we achieve last month
where are problems
where do we want to go next month
rough estimation on the remaining time budget and workload

Presentation: SwissTPH openIMIS September 2019 report.pptx
Time budget remaining: 122 days (50%)

Installation manual can be found on the wiki since not many people check ReadTheDocs.
User manual is still available on ReadTheDocs.
With localisation, there will be a developer guide.
SwissTPH: There will be a simple proofreading of translated manual in to french. Bilateral talk with Alicia about this.
Officially, SwissTPH will start working on the release on 07.10.2019.
Presentation: openIMIS - Gumzo ya Mwezi - 2019-10-07.pdf
Time budget and workload remaining:
Iteration 1 (FHIR API): 56/60 m/d;
Iteration 2 (All proxy frontend)- CLOSED (18.5 / 20 m/d)
Iteration 3 (Claim module): 86/90 m/d
Iteration 4 (Module n°2): 0 / 60 m/d
Discussion:
Patrick has written on the wiki the tests that Bluesquare is doing for the claim module.
For implementers, verifying mechanisms are needed to check whether case tests that need to be rejected are indeed rejected (relevant for SwissTPH).
Xavier will create an event to talk about questions related to the run batch and reports.
