Translation management platform choice (2019)
The translation solution for openIMIS must answer to those requirements:
Online platform reachable from every country (cloud not selfhosted)
free for openSource project
free to join for translators
have "memory" or machine assisted translation capabilities
Easy to see the translation not updated (goal of translation management platform)
have a glossary
(nice to have) integration with Jira and github
support resx, java properties and po files
support custom language and multiple languages per country or multiple countries per language
Allow entering of SNOMED-CT conform reference ID numbers for translations
