The generic openIMIS FHIR Profile and IG are based on the configuration of the demo openIMIS instance. Because country implementations have their own configurations and customizations, implementation-specific openIMIS FHIR Profiles need to be created by extending the generic version. This can be accomplished by publishing the openIMIS FHIS Profile to a FHIR Registry and extending it.

Disadvantage: needs to be updated at least once in three months
Solution: maintain own github-repository with IG and publish a link from own domain (https://fhir.openimis.org) - it can be just an alias pointing to a github repository:
