If you can't log in openIMIS because you have forgotten your password, you can use the reset functionality as described below:.

Step-by-step guide
- On the login page, click on the link "Forgot password?"
- On the next screen, enter your the email address linked to your openIMIS accountUsername and new Password, and click on "Submit".
- Your password will be sent to you by email.

- You will receive an email with a link to confirm the change. Click on the confirmation link.
- On the new page, enter your openIMIS Username and Password that you entered in Step 2, and click on "Submit".
- Login to openIMIS with your Username and new Password.
Forgot password email template can be changed by updating "IMIS\Templates\ForgotPassword.html" in Web Application solution.
