Requirement Description

SR ideally should provide a data export interface to external Coverage Analysis Tools to enable assessment of program coverage and analysis of benefit allocation across the social protection system.

Justification

While not core to the SR's primary function of data collection and management, this optional tool enhances the analytical capabilities of the broader social protection system. It allows specialized external tools to leverage SR data for comprehensive coverage analysis, supporting evidence-based policy making without overburdening the core SR system.
