Requirement Description	IBR needs to interface with a KPI Dashboard capability to provide data for comprehensive social protection reporting and analysis.
Justification	While a fully featured KPI Dashboard with advanced visualizations is highly valuable for mature IBR systems, the initial implementation may prioritize establishing core data management and operational functionalities. In the very early stages, program performance monitoring can commence with basic, periodic reports generated from the IBR data. However, a comprehensive KPI Dashboard is considered a High Priority component for a functional and mature IBR system, essential for effective oversight, strategic decision-making, and real-time performance monitoring. Therefore, while the full implementation of the KPI Dashboard with advanced features may be phased in, the planning and initial development of this core capability should be prioritized early in the IBR roadmap to ensure it is available as the system and program portfolio scale and mature.
