    • Challenge summarised: Starting implementation when SOPs are still evolving. - With the political urgent agendas, people want to "use openIMIS immediately". However, the proper use of openIMIS depends on a clear and complete operations manual.

  • Lessons learned on steps of using openIMIS in UHC implementation

    • Proposed discussion / input offered: How can diverse openIMIS implementations, e.g. like in the case of Cameroon (HIV fee elimination scheme, Health Voucher scheme, Malaria no more, ...) interact with eachother / work interoperable?

  • Design of a Digital Competence Centre (in Cameroon) - # session II / Building capacities

    • Input: presentation on initial ideas on objectives and how such a centre could look like

    • Proposed discussion: How could such a national (virtual) center be linked with the international (developer) community? How can the center contribute to capacity building on national, regional and global level?
