If you can't log in openIMIS because you have forgotten your password, you can use the reset functionality as described below:
Step-by-step guide
- On the login page, click on the link "Forgot password?"
- On the next screen, enter your the email address linked to your openIMIS account, and click on "Submit".
- Your password will be sent to you by email.
The change the Forgot password email template, ask your administrator to update this file "Templates\ForgotPassword.html"
