  • Work Package 1: Needs and Gap Analysis
This work package will involve a comprehensive assessment of the current architecture and feature set of the openIMIS platform. Engaging with stakeholders, especial implementers of openIMIS for both health and social protection use cases, will be crucial to gathering their requirements and identifying additional specific needs that must be addressed. The team will develop an agile strategy for constructing solution packages based on the findings from this analysis, ensuring that the solutions developed are responsive to user demands and operational realities. All identified solution packages will have to go through a prioritization process to respond to most expected solution first.

  • Work Package 2: Build the Solution Packages
The focus of this work package is to deliver robust and scalable solution packages that align with the identified needs. By employing agile methodologies, the project team will prioritize the development of high-impact solutions, ensuring they are packaged for easy deployment. This includes creating Docker-based installation templates that facilitate seamless integration for implementation partners, thereby reducing technical barriers and enhancing usability.

  • Work Package 3: Quality Assurance and Capacity Building
Quality assurance will be a central theme in this work package. The contractor team will take on a proxy role for Implementation Partners, responsible for identifying any gaps or defects in the openIMIS software and ensuring these are addressed effectively. Furthermore, comprehensive training materials and user documentation will be developed to enhance user competence and promote the adoption of openIMIS solutions. This dual focus on quality and capacity building is essential for fostering a sustainable implementation of the platform.
