Organization team - room set up
Day 1
Main room: Belvedere Hall
Stage requirements: 6 chairs arranged on the stage with small tables next to the chairs with glasses of water available
Audience requirements: Tables with chairs, with all chairs facing the stage
Day 2
Main room: Malla Plaza Banquet Hall (first floor of the main building)
Set up:
Morning: Fishbowl style - 2 chairs in the middle and other chairs around in a circle, with aisles between chairs
Number of chairs: 80 chairs in circle, plus 15 spare chairs set aside in the back of the room
Afternoon (change during lunch break):
Stage requirements: 6 chairs arranged on the stage with small tables next to the chairs with glasses of water available
Audience requirements:
5 Tables with chairs (for World Café) in the middle + back of the room, with all chairs facing the stage
rows of chairs (theatre style) in front of the stage
Number of chairs: overall 80 chairs placed (rows + around table), plus 10 spare chairs set aside in the back of the room
