Shape the Conversation at the openIMIS Community Event
Background
The upcoming openIMIS Community Event is designed as a highly interactive and collaborative gathering of implementers, developers, and partners from across the community. To ensure rich, engaging, and meaningful discussions, we are inviting participants and organizations to actively contribute by submitting proposals for sessions and discussion formats. This is your opportunity to share your work, insights, and ideas, highlight innovations, and help shape the future direction of openIMIS. Whether you want to showcase practical experiences, share lessons learned, spark debate, or explore emerging challenges, we strongly encourage you to contribute and co-create across diverse teams and organizations.

Types of Contribution
Please indicate the format that best fits your proposal:
___ Breakout Session (35–45 minutes)
Lead an interactive session to explore a specific topic in depth.
___Fishbowl Contribution (5 minutes input)
Share a concise perspective, experience, or challenge as part of a dynamic, participatory discussion.
___World Café Table (15 minutes per round)
Facilitate small-group discussions around a focused question or theme.

Kindly note that this is an in-person event; all speakers are expected to be physically present.
