Regular Meetings
Here you will find the schedule for the Coordination Desk’s regularly scheduled meetings and calls
The Developer’s Committee does not change with summer time, while the Implementers Committee is held in CET, which moves by an hour depending on the season
The Implementer’s Committee meets every week at 10am CET on Jitsi at the following link: https://meet.jit.si/openIMISImplementers
Once, a month, these are replaced with the Bhela calls, which have a particular thematic focus, see here for more information.
On the third Monday of every month, the Toumai community- openIMIS' Francophile sector, meets on Jitsi (here) at 13:00.

The Developer’s Committee meetings are then followed up by the Deep Dive, which delves into thematic content in more depth. Similarly to the Bhela calls, the first Monday of every month has the Gumzo ya Mwezi calls. These act as Sprint reviews for developer’s to showcase recent work.
Finally, the Developer’s Committe has the Project Deep Dive for the Interoperability Sandbox on Tuesday afternoons. This is a long-term project aimed at enhancing openIMIS' interoperability with other Digital Public Goods.
