switch from discord to whatsapp

discord has advantages over wahtsapp as it is not a message distribution e.g. new-comers can follow up on old messages which they can’t on whatsapp
requested features in discord aim more forum capabilities
this is handled in either existin gplatfroms (google groups / Jira / discourse)
need to follow up with the forum discussion (discourse or maybe an existing platform e.g. under Atlassian)
will continue the WhatsAppp approach and slowly phase out discord
