Handover Documentation and Platform mapping meeting Notes

• On Platforms for managing openIMIS:

  • 1. Cloudflare:

    • Used for managing DNS and Domains for the openimis.org

    • Cloudflare is setup for the domain (openimis.org) and GIZ has access to platform

    • Currently docs.openimis.org is redirecting to Atlassian via a Page Rule in cloudflare

  • 2. GitHub:

    • Owner of account is technical@openimis.org

    • coordination desk GIZ has second factor for that account and is able to access

  • 3. Hetzner

    • coordination desk at GIZ has access to the Hetzner control panel and is able to manage configuration via panel

    • coordination desk also has SSH access to S1 (main server) and will grant access to new maintenance team - SpeedyKom/Jembi

    • Nameservers are setup to point to Cloudflare on Hetzner servers on control panel
