|---|---|---|---|---|---|
System function to enable and manage beneficiary transitions between social protection programs. This function provides the capability for external program management systems to initiate, process, and track beneficiary exits from one program and enrollments into another. This ensures continuity of support and accurate record-keeping as beneficiaries move through the social protection system. |
| Update Management Capability Area, Interoperability Capability Area, Data Management Capability Area | Many social protection systems can initially manage beneficiary transitions through manual processes or program-specific systems. This function becomes valuable when there's a need to coordinate transitions across multiple independent systems and ensure data consistency and holistic beneficiary management. |
