The Update Management Module, based on the existing requirements from IBR-037 and IBR-010, manages program transitions and beneficiary status changes across the social protection system.

Program Transition Manager (IBR-010, Optional): Coordinates beneficiary exits and transitions across multiple programs, offering visual analysis in a timeline format.
Beneficiary Transition Manager (IBR-037, Optional): APIs for external program management systems to initiate and track beneficiary exits and transitions across programs.

Users: Program administrators, case managers

User accesses transition management interface
