1- Policy renewal

https://github.com/openimis/policy_renewal_service_vb this service willl call the store procedures:

  • “uspPolicyRenewalInserts“ to create entries on the Renewal table

  • “uspPolicyStatusUpdate“ to update entries on the Renewal table

  • “uspPolicyRenewalSMS” to get the list of SMS and number and then send them thought the gateway configure in the service config file

 

2- feedback

Claims are flaged for feedback on the Web application/claim review page, the feedback in save in the table “tblfeedback”

  • “uspFeedbackpromptSMS” to get the list of SMS and number and then send them thought the gateway configure in the service config file

 

Number used for the SMS; in any of the above cases, the SMs are sent to the Enrollment office
