Project Summary
The project aims to implement substantial UX/UI improvements for both web and mobile versions of openIMIS, with a special focus on contextual help to enhance user comprehension and navigation. The development of a design strategy for the the web version of openIMIS is in scope of the project. A complete implementation of this strategy is not.Research question: What are the optimal UX/UI design strategies for a health insurance management platform tailored to the specific needs of low and middle-income countries?
