You can create payment cycles in order to custimize and manage periods for benefit consuption payments.

Creating new payment plan

When you enter Payments → Payment cycles click on green '+' button in bottom right corner.

You will be redirected to new view with payment cycle creation form.

  1. Code - name of payment cycle

  2. Start date - beginning of payment cycle

  3. End Date - end of payment cycle

  4. Payment cycle status - initial status of cycle

    1. Pending - awaiting approval

    2. Active - cycle will be taken into the account when creating payments

    3. Suspended - not active

After filling all fields new task will be created (look Tasks/Maker Checker Logic ), when task will be resolved then Payment cycle will be visible in the main view and will be ready to use.
