The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) is looking for reputable suppliers that are legally registered and have extensive experience in supplying Data Management Systems for CASH/CTP Assistance. The interested suppliers are invited to submit their bids in English language to participate in the tender.

The financial offer shall be sent in Annex 3 – Pricing template in both versions, excel and pdf signed and stamped.
Questions and requests for clarifications will be received until Thursday 7 December 2023, 23:59 hrs, Geneva time, to the following email address: jaime.pineda@ifrc.org.

Deadline for submission of offers:

Offers must be submitted on or before Monday 15 January 2024 at 17:00 hrs, Budapest local time via the following email address: europe.bidreceiving@ifrc.org, without copy to any other recipient.

The International Federation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the offers without assigning any reason whatsoever and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
