In 2010 the Support Project for the Health Districts in Chad (Programme d'Appui aux Districts Sanitaire au Tchad - PADS), funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, began supporting a network of mutual health organisations as part of its contribution to the achievement of universal health coverage in the country.
