It was pointed out that there are different health financing operators in many countries, some of which serve their own target groups. Ideally, there should be a central Beneficiary Registry or Social Registry. Very often, however, this is not the case.


Therefore, OpenIMIS must serve different health financing scheme operators in parallel in the same country.


Note Michael Stahl: This can probably be ensured by installing OpenIMIS instances in parallel.
